This design assist project aligned with government funding for multiple U of G design build projects. The third phase to this building, mechanical services were provided for lab spaces, including lab plumbing and process piping, lab ventilation, heating and cooling, and controls. Central utility tie-ins for steam and chilled water were provided from central utility tunnel.
