This new 160,000 ft2 office building was the second building in the Northfield technology campus. The mechanical system comprised of an 800 ton centrifugal chiller plant, a 5MBH heating/steam plant, and standard plumbing. UPS rooms and a data centre were handled by dual cool Liebert environmental systems.
