This new 180,000 ft2 building was the first in the Northfield technology campus and was completed start to finish in 15 months. The mechanical system comprised of an 800 ton centrifugal chiller plant, a 5MBH heating/steam plant, and standard plumbing. UPS rooms and a data centre were handled by dual cool Liebert environmental systems.
