This project included an HVAC renovation. We worked to develop a new system that consisted of a completely new high-efficiency boiler plant, serving dedicated outdoor air systems as well as perimeter radiation terminals. All new outdoor air systems were provided, in place of existing AHU systems. A Daikin VRF system was provided for space conditioning and was specifically selected for efficiency, sound requirements, and practicality of installation.
