This project required significant phasing to accommodate existing occupancy. Selective demolition and after-hours coordination were necessary to get to construction. Phase 1 was the largest phase and was conducted under an aggressive schedule. Haakon Rooftop air handlers were installed with all distribution, new boiler plant heating, and chilled water distribution. Washroom groups and commercial kitchen included most of the plumbing work. Phase two had similar scope, less the heating plant. Phase 3 included HVAC distribution and the last washroom group of the project.
