As part of an office consolidation, GHD renovated existing office space and 455 Philip Street in Waterloo. A complete design build package to renovate all 100,000 sq ft in quadrants. HVAC design and installation was provided to replace all existing Rooftop HVAC units, install mostly all new distribution duct work and BAS controls for office and cafeteria spaces, as well as the server room and comm room cooling. A central plumbing system was provided for domestic hot water with recirculation, soft water, RO water, and all necessary sanitary and domestic for washrooms, cafeteria, and cafés.
