This project entailed the construction of a complete concrete structure on a very confined site. The project commenced in June 2011 and was completed in January 2012. Mechanical systems provided included a 400 ton redundant McQuay chiller plant, a 3MBH boiler plant, and dual cool Liebert environmental systems for IT and data centre. Standard plumbing was provided for washrooms and lab plumbing for lab areas.
