This project was performed under a very aggressive schedule. All existing HVAC equipment was demolished. The kitchen and main hall was conditioned by one central rooftop system providing heating, cooling, energy recovery, and makeup air. Cooking hoods for multiple grilles were installed on an energy managed ventilation system. Chilled water, gas piping, and plumbing were also provided.
