This project consisted of the renovation of an existing GM dealership and converting it to a new Toyota dealership, in Waterloo. New HVAC was comprised of new, high-efficiency RTUs and ERV, complete with sheet metal, gas piping, and 3v automation controls. All plumbing required for standard washroom space, as well as separate sanitary to new interceptor from automotive repair bays. Process included water, nitrogen, compressed air piping, and ventilation.
