This project entailed the complete renovation of an existing industrial facility to accommodate one significant technology tenant. Project highlights included LEED targets for IAQ, water efficiency, and controllability of systems. Existing building features were accommodated, creating a challenging and exciting mechanical installation. Plumbing was provided to accommodate LEED and fixture specifics for tenant features. HVAC utilized the base building heat pump condenser water plant. A modulating ventilation system was provided for kitchen/commercial cooking requirements.
