This project consisted of renovation to existing floors and addition of three new floors, including a bridge to the existing facility. Base Building provided for Google as a tenant which included requirement for LEED Gold and stringent IAQ guidelines. Plumbing included new storm, sanitary and domestic water for washrooms, new and existing roofs, and future tenant requirements. HVAC included two 50,000 cfm AHUs to provide ventilation and meet high OA requirements. Heating plant consisted of three 2 MBH boilers serving AHU heating and extensive perimeter heating throughout. A full BAS was provided to control all systems.
